Fintech Valley LTD is committed to improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking and ensuring that we are not complicit in any human rights violations in our operations and supply chain. This policy reflects our promise to act ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our business or in any of our supply chains.

We are a company operating in the financial technology sector, providing innovative financial solutions to customers globally. We are headquartered at 960 Capability Green, Luton, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom, LU1 3PE, and have a company number 11456625.

3. Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains include the procurement of office supplies, IT equipment, and professional services from various providers located both within and outside the UK.

4. Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking

We are dedicated to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Modern Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to safeguard against slavery and human trafficking.

5. Due Diligence Processes for Slavery and Human Trafficking\

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk, we:

- Conduct due diligence on new suppliers before allowing them to become a part of our supply chain.

- Regularly review our existing suppliers.

- Have systems in place to encourage the reporting of concerns and the protection of whistle blowers.


6. Training

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff. We also require our business partners to provide training to their staff and suppliers.

7. Our Effectiveness in Combating Slavery and Human Trafficking

We use the following key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure how effective we have been in ensuring that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains:

- Completion of supplier audits.

- Use of labor monitoring and payroll systems.

- Level of staff training.

8. This Policy

This policy is in line with Section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our group's slavery and human trafficking statement for the current financial year.

9. Approval for This Policy

This policy has been approved by our Board of Directors and is made in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. The Board of Directors will review and update it annually.
