Fintech Valley LTD
Introduction
Fintech Valley LTD is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in our business activities. This Supplier Code of Conduct ("Code") outlines the minimum standards we expect our suppliers to adhere to regarding their performance, business practices, and environmental responsibility. Compliance with this Code is required, in addition to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Compliance with Laws
Suppliers must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations in the conduct of their business, including those relating to labor, health, safety, and the environment.
Ethical Standards
- Corruption and Bribery: Suppliers must not engage in any form of corruption, extortion, embezzlement, or bribery, including any form of improper advantage or payment.
- Conflict of Interest: Suppliers must disclose any situations that may appear as a conflict of interest during their engagement with Fintech Valley LTD.
- Privacy and Confidentiality: Suppliers must properly handle sensitive and confidential information and ensure that the privacy rights of everyone they do business with are respected.
Human Rights and Labor Practices
- Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking: Suppliers must take necessary actions to eliminate all forms of forced, compulsory, or child labor from their operations. Suppliers must not engage in or support human trafficking or any form of modern slavery.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Suppliers should provide an inclusive workplace that is free from discrimination and harassment based on race, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, pregnancy, religion, political affiliation, union membership, or marital status.
- Health and Safety: Suppliers are expected to provide a safe and healthy working environment to prevent accidents and injury to health arising out of, linked with, or occurring in the course of work.
Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers must conduct their operations in a way that is environmentally responsible and in compliance with all applicable environmental laws. Efforts should be made to reduce waste, manage chemical substances, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and promote recycling and reuse.
Monitoring and Compliance
Suppliers are expected to self-monitor their compliance with this Code. Fintech Valley LTD reserves the right to verify compliance through internal or external audits and to request remediation if non-compliance is discovered.
Reporting Concerns
Suppliers must provide a mechanism for their employees to report ethical or legal concerns without fear of retaliation. Reports can also be made directly to Fintech Valley LTD via our designated reporting channels.
Enforcement
Failure to comply with this Code may result in Fintech Valley LTD reconsidering or terminating our relationship with the offending supplier, in addition to any legal consequences.
Acceptance of the Code
By accepting a contract with Fintech Valley LTD, the supplier declares that they will adhere to this Code of Conduct and will impose its principles on their subcontractors and third-party providers.
